Currency Notice

All prices are listed in USD. Any purchases and associated shipping will be charged in USD.

Discount Code Notice

  • A discount is available when purchasing The Grand Feline (Plushie) with at least 1 additional item.
  • You must enter the code GEAR5NYAN at checkout for the $5 discount to be applied.
  • The discount code is stackable. This means for every plushie you add to the same order, you will receive a $5 discount. 
  • Example scenarios with discount code GEAR5NYAN applied:
    1. Ordered Full Bundle x1, and plushie x1. I will get $5 off the plushie.
    2. Ordered Full Bundle x1, and plushie x2. I will get $5 off each plushie, for a total discount of $10.
    3. Ordered Full Bundle x1, Flat Bundle x1, and plushie x2. I will get $5 off each plushie, for a total discount of $10.
    4. Ordered 3D bundle x1, Digital Bundle x1, and plushie x1. I will get $5 off the plushie.
    5. Ordered plushie x2. I will get $5 off each plushie, for a total discount of $10.

Terms of Sale

  • All purchases are for personal use only. Redistribution, reproduction, or commercial use of any of our products is prohibited.
  • The Nyan Piece team reserves the right to cancel and refund any orders which go against our policies.
  • All items are preorders, and will not be shipped until after production of purchased goods has concluded. Please follow our social media for updates on production progress.
  • Bundle images are mock-ups, and final products may not directly reflect the items pictured.
  • If you would like to upgrade your purchase - ex. from the Flat Bundle to Full Bundle - please contact us via email or the “Contact” page on our store with your order number, and we would be happy to assist you.
  • Refunds and cancellations are only permitted until the end of the preorder period. After pre-orders have closed, all purchases are final.

Terms of Shipping

  • Items will be shipped from the USA.
  • We are unable to ship to locations undergoing USPS service suspensions. Orders including physical items to any of these locations will be cancelled and refunded.
    • Exception: We are able to ship to Russia. Your order will be sent first to another mod, and shipped from Canada.
  • All shipping options are tracked. You will be provided with a tracking number via email when your order is dispatched.
  • Shipping is expected to begin approximately 3 months after pre-orders end. This may be subject to delays, pending manufacturing and postal service issues - buyers will be kept up to date on production progress with announcements on our social media.
  • An announcement about address confirmations will be posted prior to beginning shipping. To inform us about any address changes prior to this, please contact us by email or the "Contact" page on our store.
  • Digital items will be distributed to the email address used to make your purchase, after all physical orders have been dispatched. Please ensure that your email is entered correctly, as this will be our primary method of communication with you regarding your order.
  • The Nyan Piece will not be liable for replacing orders that are incorrect or undelivered due to buyer or postal service errors. If your order is lost or damaged during transit, we will not accept returns or offer refunds.
  • Buyers will be responsible for paying any VAT, customs, tariffs, or import fees incurred by their purchase.
